CityCentre To Add A Trio Of Consumer And Commercial Tenants To Its Mixed-Use Roster

CityCentre is ringing in the new year with three new tenants totaling almost 10k SF: Zayed's Mediterranean Grill, Social Status and Cubility.

The nearly 6k SF Zayed’s Mediterranean Grill will have both Beltway 8 and Sorella Court frontage, neighboring Chipotle and Sweet Paris. Diners will enjoy a menu of heart-healthy grilled meats and fresh vegetables, and the restaurant will also showcase organic and green items.

The 2k SF space for Social Status will be the first Texas location for the East Coast men's boutique, which focuses on small production fashion forward must-haves from brands like Comme De Garcons, Just Don & Off-White. Social Status will be on Town & Country Boulevard across from H&M and next to Sal y Pimienta.

Cubility will move into the 1,500 SF second-level space next to Eddie V's above West Elm. The store will be the first showroom for Cubility AS, an innovative Norwegian company revolutionizing drilling operations and the waste and solids control issues that accompany them.
