Wile Interests Buys Three-Story Loft In EaDo

EaDo 908, an affiliate of Wile Interests, purchased the 98k SF, three-story historic loft building at 908 Live Oak in EaDo. Wile hasn't finalized plans for the property. The building, constructed in 1948, is adjacent to the Columbia Tap Bike Path and a block away from BBVA Compass Stadium, offering unobstructed views of Downtown. Just blocks from GRBCC, Toyota Center and Minute Maid park, whatever Wile decides on will have plenty of appeal.
