JLL Brings Halliburton's 48-Acre Oak Park Campus To Market

Another day, another massive West Houston campus listing. This time JLL managing director Rudy Hubbard and SVP Kevin McConn have listed 10200 Bellaire Blvd, a 48-acre former home of Halliburton in Westchase. Located just west of the intersection of the Sam Houston Tollway and Bellaire Boulevard, the Oak Park campus has high potential as a redevelopment play for users and developers. Kevin thinks the asset will interest many different types of buyers. The campus will give users a high-quality complex with Class-A amenities for a reasonable price, playing into the cost-conscious market should they choose not to redevelop.

The site includes a 568k SF office building, an 18k SF fitness center, a daycare center, a central plant and a five-level parking garage. Though the building was built in 1979, Halliburton has made many cosmetic, mechanical and electrical upgrades since 2013.
