Piney Woods BP Delivers in Conroe

Piney Woods Business Park has delivered. The office/warehouse project was developed by Kopke & Marek and consists of 19k SF at 3511 North Loop 336 East in Conroe. It’s being leased by Newcor’s David Alexander and Rob Banzhaf (here with his wife at Pebble Beach this January), who tell us leasing activity picked up as it neared completion. They have several proposals negotiating now with national credit tenants; the team has been selective in choosing the best anchor.

Here’s Piney Woods Business Park. Real estate activity has been moving increasingly north, and experts are starting to peg Conroe as the next hot market in North Houston. This project sits between Conroe and Lone Star Executive Airport, which is a big draw for the area. (Texas Air Shuttle is expanding at the facility, becoming an even greater amenity to local execs.)
