A multi-building spec development in Missouri City completed Phase 1 and is ready for tenants to come calling. Gateway Southwest Industrial Park is being developed by Conor Commercial (a member of The McShane Cos) and USAA Real Estate Co at the interchange of Beltway 8 and US 90. Phase 1 is two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 348k SF; Phase 2 will add a third building up to 176k SF.
Conor VP Jeff Stringer tells us the most unique aspect of the property is the sizable build-to-suit site. The record-breaking Texas rain almost set the construction team back, but it was able to pull through and deliver a successful delivery date.
