This Tuesday, Houston-based FloWorks International broke ground on a 225k SF space in rapidly developing Pearland. The tilt-wall facility is being built in a 122-acre reinvestment zone that was created by the City of Pearland in 2012 to encourage industrial development. Houston-based American Commercial Contractors will design and build the sprawling facility. [HBJ]
