The Fulton Street corridor may be moving away from its industrial roots, says Cushman & Wakefield associate director Will Condrey (here, standing, with Jason Long and Alamo Title’s Lucky Long). Will’s team just closed the sale of 4909 Fulton St, a 58k SF industrial asset, and he says its location along the new North Line commuter rail in a transitional neighborhood positions it nicely for a redevelopment play. Several nearby properties have already been repurposed for residential, and there have been some adaptive reuses from industrial to retail just south. The rest of the team that repped seller F&J Real Estate Investments: Dave Cook, Jeff Peden and Scott Miller. Hernandez Properties’ Russell Hernandez repped the buyer.
