2) #1 in corporate relocations for the third year in a row: 325 projects last year
3) #2 in job growth: 2.9% year-over-year in October 2013
4) #5 in current and future population: 6.2 million in 2012 with a 64% leap projected through 2042 (putting us at 10 million that year)
5) #4 in office sales volume: $5B in 2013
6) #4 in surpassing peak pricing: Along with Dallas and Austin, we increased office, industrial, and retail pricing 21% last year, bringing us 4% over our previous peak of Q4 ’07.
7) #5 for sales volume across property types: $13.7B in 2013
