Renovations Enter Final Phase At One Riverway

CBRE and Unilev Management Corp are finishing up their major renovations at One Riverway. The 25-story, 481k SF building adjacent to the Omni Hotel in the Galleria area is getting a new electrical system, restaurant, conference center and fitness center, as well as elevator and corridor upgrades, according to RealtyNewsReport. The new lobby will feature a coffee and smoothie bar. Tenants at One Riverway include Northwestern Mutual, Texas Capital Bank, Regus Group, Thompson Coe Cousins, Wright & Close, EMC and PLS. CBRE’s Houston office is the leasing representatives for One and Three Riverway. Unilev Management owns One and Three Riverway, provides management and is also a tenant. [RNR]
