Yesterday, we stopped by Plaza at Audley (3120 Southwest Frwy) for a sneak peek of its renovations, which wrap up within two weeks. Stream purchased the 93k SF office project mid 2012 and has been extensively redoing it since. Craig McKenna tells us that includes replacing its memorable gold windows, expanding and updating the lobby with a new entryway, and replacing HVAC. Stream is also implementing the Audley Club, an amenities package with a dry cleaning valet, catering, and car butler. (It should be called the Jay-Z package.) Plaza at Audley is 80% leased with availabilities from 1,000 SF to 12k SF.
