In December, Cheniere Energy quietly leased 167k SF in Pennzoil Place in one of Downtown’s biggest leases of 2013. Sources tell us the firm will relocate in Q4 from the low-rise 700 Milam into the mid-rise portion in a renewal and significant expansion of its lease. Transwestern’s Greg Tilton and David Lee have been marketing a large block of availability in property; 425k SF remains up for grabs.
