Jones & Carter Upgrades To New HQ In Bellaire

Jones & Carter is relocating its HQ to 6330 West Loop South in Bellaire, where it'll occupy 47k SF over three floors. The engineering and construction consulting firm will move from 6335 Gulfton to the new space in early 2016.

Savills Studley EVP Derrell Curry repped the tenant, and Mike Adams repped landlord Accesso Partners.

In August, Texas Children’s Health Plan, a subsidiary of Texas Children’s Hospital, signed a 10-year lease for the top half of the 14-story facility and its name will be featured on the building.
