Halberdier Launches Mixed-Use Development in Conroe

Halberdier Real Estate president Trey Halberdier closed on a 17-acre property at the northeast corner of 336 N Loop and FM 3083 in Conroe.

The firm has big plans to develop Conroe SKY Crossings, a new mixed-use development boasting Class-A retail, casual dining, hotel, office and entertainment space, and an MOB. Trey says Halberdier is bullish about all North Houston submarkets and this spot is no exception.

The area surrounding SKY Crossings includes the new 248-acre Deison Technology Park, Conroe Business parks, expanded Lone Star Conroe Airport, and Galaxy FBO private hangar.
