325 High School Girls May Now Be Considering Construction Jobs

The first annual Ci2 Tech Conference was held at the Lone Star College University Park campus, hosting more than 325 high school girls from Spring ISD interested in pursuing a career in construction, STEM and nontraditional related fields.

Led by speakers Collaborative Engineering Group's Lisa Osborne, NASA's Dorothy Ruiz and Reason2Race's Gabrielle Baumeyer (and heavily sponsored by major AEC players), the girls were exposed to career options, resources and potential mentors.
