CRE Pricing Levels Off

According to CoStars commercial repeat sale indices,CRE pricing leveled off in January. CoStar attributes that to a winter slump and offers a bright spot: That index is up 5.5% since January 2012. Average time on the market dropped 2.7% from its peak in Q2 12, and the gap between initial asking and final sales price narrowed by almost 2.5% from last years levels.
