ConocoPhillips' 850k SF Lease

ConocoPhillips signed an 850k SF lease for two buildings in the Energy Corridor, including one that hasnt broken ground. (Boss, we're out a pencils...oh, and also we don't even have a building.) It will fully occupy Energy Center Three: The 20-story, 550k SF tower is under construction and will deliver to the O&G firm in Q2 15. In 2016, itll lease 300k SF in Energy Center Four. Trammell Crow and Principal Real Estate Investors will begin construction of the 22-story, 600k SF tower in Q4this year. The buildings are at the SWC of I-10 and North Eldridge Pkwy, close to ConocoPhillips HQ campus.

The buildings are going for LEED Gold. PrinREIs Joe Wanninger and Trammell Crows Aaron Thielhorn (above) will lead the development team with Trammell Crows Kevin Schmok and Brandon Houston. CBREs Cody Armbrister and Steve Rocher repped the JV in the Conoco lease.
