Concord Hospitality Feeds the Children

Concord Hospitality celebrated its sixth annual Share Day volunteer event recently, with events in six cities across the US (including Houston). This year’s event raised $100k for Feed the Children, a personal best for Concord. Share Day brought together about 200 hotel employees, who used seven trucks to distribute 235,200 care packages to local families in need. The packages, funded by donations Concord raises across the continent all year, contained non-perishable food and essentials like toilet paper that'll serve a family of four for one week. In all, 2,800 families were assisted this year. Concord has donated nearly $400k to Feed the Children since 2009.
