530-Acre Sale

Landeavor and Walton Street Capital purchased Sedona Lakes, a 530-acre master-planned community in Manvel (just south of Pearland). HFFs Davis Adams repped the seller and tells us its fairly rare for an active master-planned community to come available for sale in Houston. Sedona Lakes will include 854 residential lots (completed in four phases) and five commercial reserves totaling 63 acres.
