Wood Partners Plans Apartments Near Pinehurst CC

Wood Partners has acquired more than 19 acres in Lakewood near the Pinehurst Country Club (pictured), on which to build Alta Pinehurst. The property will include 350 garden-style apartment units at 3950 S Wadsworth Blvd. The Atlanta-based company plans to have the development complete next year, the Denver Business Journal reports. Wood Partners acquired the land from an undisclosed seller, which was repped by ARA, A Newmark Company. [DBJ]
