Steadfast Buys Englewood Apartments For $32M

Steadfast Apartment REIT, a SoCal-based investor, has acquired the 217-unit Fielder's Creek in Englewood for $32M. The seller was another California investor: Aukum Management. The seller had already completed significant renovations to more than half of the units and common areas, and the buyer will further the renovation project, reports the Denver Business Journal. ARA, A Newmark Co, repped the seller. The property, at 3205 W Floyd Ave, dates from 1983. [DBJ]
