SkyHouse Denver Tops Out

Batson-Cook Construction and Swinerton Builders topped out the 26-story, 354-unit SkyHouse Denver, on its way to completion next August, with leasing kicking off in the spring. The property, developed by Atlanta-based Novare Group, Simpson Housing and Batson-Cook Development Co, is one of 17 nationwide under that brand, and broke ground in February.
