RiNo Gets More New Apartments

Dallas-based Mill Creek Residential Trust will break ground next month on a 362-unit apartment complex, Modera River North, in RiNo. The property will be on nearly three acres at 2890 Brighton Blvd, using equity funding raised by ARA, A Newmark Company, the Denver Business Journal reports. Units in Modera River North will include nine-foot ceilings and granite countertops, and common amenities will include a pool, conference center and fitness center. [DBJ]
