With completion slated for August, Park on Speer in the Golden Triangle has started pre-leasing.

On 2 acres at the corner of Speer Boulevard and Bannock Street, Parq on Speer is a 16-story, 301-unit apartment building owned and operated by Greystar. Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans and penthouse suites will be above 12K SF of retail. The apartments will range from 546 SF to 2,478 SF. Rents will start at about $1,600 a month.

Amenities include an outdoor pool terrace and spa with 14,275 SF for entertaining with an open-air fire pit, covered outdoor kitchen and cabanas and views of downtown and the Rocky Mountains. There also is a sky lounge with a private dining area, outdoor terrace, microbrew taps and catering kitchen; an elevated dog park with two dog runs; a dog grooming spa; a fitness center with yoga studio and spin bike room; a reservable guest suite for visiting family and friends; and valet parking. The lobby offers 24/7 concierge services, business conference rooms with teleconferencing, a sports lounge with flat-screen TVs and a coffee bar.
