Praedium Group Snaps Up Two Denver Apartment Properties

The NYC-based Praedium Group acquired two multifamily properties in the Denver market, Helios Apartments in Englewood and Centennial Park Apartments in Aurora, for a combined $100M. Helios, completed in 2015, is a 258-unit property in the Denver Tech Center, and less than a mile from the Belleview Light Rail Station. Centennial Park, built in 2001, includes 216 units.

Praedium Group managing director Peter Calatozzo said the properties will benefit from the south metro area's employment base, including the Tech Center's 1.2M SF underway or planned. Also, the Anschutz Medical Campus and Fitzsimmons Innovation Campus — about 15 minutes from Helios — will add about 43,000 employees in the near future.
