Pathfinder Partners Buys Littleton Apartment Complex

San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners has acquired a 97-unit apartment community in Littleton for $20.7M.

The Station, at 2100 West Berry Ave., has 17 studio, 44 one-bedroom and 36 two-bedroom units that have walk-in closets and private balconies or patios. Also available are washer/dryer hookups in 80 units and fireplaces in nine units.

Pathfinder plans to update all apartments at The Station, built in 1983, with washers and dryers, new cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, modern light fixtures and vinyl-plank flooring.

The station is three blocks from Downtown Littleton Station at 5151 South Rio Grande St. and near historic downtown Littleton, which has a variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
