Opus Completes 306-Unit Apartment Project In Centennial

The Opus Group has completed The Glenn, a six-story, 306-unit apartment project in Centennial. The project includes 2,100 SF of ground-level retail.

Named in honor of local entrepreneur and philanthropist Glenn Jones, the transit-oriented development is two blocks from the light-rail station, providing access to downtown and Denver International Airport.

“Conveniently located with beautiful views of the Front Range and offering high-end amenities, this project is the full package for residents and the community,” Opus Development Co. Vice President Peter Coakley said.

Amenities at The Glenn include a fitness center, a conference and business center, a Wolf appliance kitchen, a zen garden with a fountain, a pet walking area and a dog grooming salon. There also is an outdoor lounge area with TVs and bar seating, fire pits, a bocce ball court and a resort-style pool and spa. The sixth floor has a lounge with a contractible floor-to-ceiling glass wall that opens to an outdoor deck with a seating area, fire pit and mountain views.
