The Armory Will Be A 201-Unit Multifamily Residential Village At The Corner Of Broadway And Lee Hill Drive In Boulder.

Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group will start construction this fall on a 201-unit residential village on the grounds of a former Colorado National Guard post in north Boulder.

Located at 4750 Broadway, The Armory will have a mix of two-story apartment buildings, 18 three-story townhomes and 8,400 SF of retail space along Broadway. There also will be two pocket parks that will be open to the public. Seventy percent of the market-rate units will be studio and one-bedroom apartments averaging 627 SF.

As part of the project, the historic 9,500 SF Armory Mess Hall and smokestack will be renovated to serve as an activity center for residents. Originally built in 1949, the repurposed landmark will host yoga and fitness classes and include a kitchen and bar area, a clubroom, an outdoor pool deck and a leasing office.
