Oak Coast Properties Will Reposition The 127-Unit Berkeley At Regis.

Oak Coast Properties has acquired the Berkeley at Regis apartment community in northwest Denver for $31M.

The acquisition of the 127-unit property increases the Oak Coast’s Denver multifamily portfolio to 4,226 units. The company plans to reposition the property.

“Employers and consumers continue to relocate to Denver’s metro, but housing still fails to keep up with the influx,” Oak Coast Managing Director Phillip Nahas said. “Our firm views these dynamics as proof that improving Denver’s older apartment stock is both a benefit to the community and a really great investment.”

Berkeley at Regis is adjacent to Willis Case Golf Course, Inspiration Point Park and Berkeley Lake. Regis University is nearby, and the property has access to Interstate 70, Interstate 76, Highway 121 and Highway 282.
