Denver-based Nexus Commercial Realty has closed the sale of 808 North 24th St., a 2,200 SF duplex, for $360K.

Casey McCormack of Nexus represented both the seller and the buyer.

"The large townhome style units provide the tenants with a spacious and comfortable lifestyle to enjoy the beautiful Colorado Springs area," Nexus said in a statement.

The property consists of a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath unit and a two-bedroom, two-bath unit.

"It is situated in one of the most desirable points in town, tucked between Garden of the Gods and Sondermann Park," Nexus said. "Front porch and fenced backyards allow the tenants to enjoy the sunny outdoors from the doorsteps of their home."

The property is located in Old Colorado City on 24th Street and Wolff Place.

The buyer plans to finish up exterior upgrades, as well as rehabbing cosmetic wear and tear, and plans to hold the property long term.
