Multimillion-Dollar Condos Chase Local, Overseas Buyers

Is there a sizable market for multimillion-dollar residences in Denver? Kentwood City Properties developer Nadine Lange is betting yes. She just started pre-selling seven high-end residences (starting above $2M) at Nine Hundred Penn at 900 Pennsylvania St in Governor's Park. Nadine says the market for the property includes "folks who want true luxury living near Downtown, but not the hustle-bustle of traffic and noise."

Potential buyers also include international buyers, Nadine adds, who are still very interested in Denver. She purchased the high-rise building in 2014 after selling her software development company, then enlisted architect Matt Davis and Sprung Construction to redevelop Nine Hundred Penn "into a structure that brings the aesthetic vision of Europe and New York together in an historic Denver neighborhood."
