McWhinney Plans Capitol Hill Apartments

McWhinney (whose Chad McWhinney will be at our Denver State of the Market event) will break ground later this year on Sova, a 211-unit apartment development in Capitol Hill. The structure will rise 12 stories and include 211 parking spaces below grade and on-site car charging stations, as well as space for more than 100 bikes, the Denver Business Journal reports. Denver-based Craine Architecture is designing the property, with completion slated for Q3 2018. [DBJ]
