Littleton Apartments Sell for $125M

The 518-unit Retreat at Park Meadows, an apartment complex in Douglas County, has traded hands for $125M, with Invesco Real Estate buying it from PNC Realty Investors.

The property at 10200 Park Meadows Dr in Lilttleton hasn't seen much in the way of upgrades since it was built 15 years ago, and is "prime for a new owner to complete a value-add strategy," HFF's Jordan Robbins told the Denver Post. HFF repped the seller in the deal. [DP]
