Gov Hickenlooper addressed the long-festering subject of construction defects yesterday at a press conference marking the mid-point of the 2015 legislative session, reports the Denver Business Journal. He urged the two parties to strike a compromise on the matter. Fixing the problem would, he pointed out, jump-start the largely dead affordable condo market in Colorado, a kind of housing that would no doubt attract a good many buyers. [DBJ]
