Brinkman Partners has sold the 66-unit Gallery Flats in Loveland to investors Kevin and Scott Hearne for $11.15M.

At 585 North Lincoln Ave., Gallery Flats was built in 2014. The property has a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with mountain views, a gas grill and a fire pit. There is also a fitness room and a lounge with a television and kitchenette.

Unit features include nine-foot ceilings, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, washer-dryers, granite countertops and private balconies. The property offers tenants both covered and uncovered parking.
