FPA Multifamily Acquires Ram's Portfolio

The Ram's Portfolio Consists Of Six Properties In Three Different Fort Collins-Area Locations.

FPA Multifamily LLC has acquired the 459-unit Ram’s Portfolio in Fort Collins.

The portfolio is a collection of six properties that have both student and conventional housing in three different locations throughout the Fort Collins area.

“The 459-unit portfolio provides prospective tenants three different locations close to Colorado State University,” CBRE Executive Vice President David Potarf, who with Dan Woodward, Matthew Barnett and Jake Young represented seller Summit Management.

Amenities at the properties include pools, fitness centers and storage. Some units have private balconies, attached parking, fireplaces and hot tubs. Properties in the portfolio were built between 1967 and 2013.

San Francisco-based FPA is a private equity real estate firm focused on acquiring, renovating and managing workforce housing apartment communities. It has owned more than 113,000 apartment units valued at more than $12.8B.
