Elkco Properties Inc. has purchased a 58-unit apartment complex in Carbondale for $9.15M.
In a quiet residential setting, Garfield Avenue Apartments has 20 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units and 38 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units. The complex offers a large communal courtyard that provides tenants with a place to relax, barbecue and enjoy the views of Mount Sopris.
