Coda in Cherry Creek Tops Off

Coda, a 12-story high-rise apartment under construction at 1st Avenue and Steele Street in Cherry Creek North, topped off this week.

Coda is the fifth LEED multifamily project by Zocalo Community Development in Denver and is the third partnership between Principal Real Estate Investors and Zocalo. Zocalo’s other high-rise apartments include 2020 Lawrence, a 231-unit development in Denver’s Ballpark neighborhood; Solera, a 120-unit project; and the 219-unit Cadence Union Station at 17th and Chestnut.
