AZ Buyer Acquires One Observatory For $82M

Scottsdale, AZ-based The Wolff Co acquired One Observatory Park, an apartment complex near DU, for $82.5M. The property, developed in 2013, includes 213 apartments in 11 stories and 23k SF of retail. ARA, a Newmark company, repped the seller, Urban West Group. At $345k per unit, it's the highest ever paid for a 50 or more unit apartment building in Denver, the Denver Business Journal reports, citing ARA. [DBJ]
