The First Hotel In RiNo Tops Out

The eight-story, 100-room Source Hotel, which is being developed by Zeppelin Development, topped off recently. Upon completion, it will be the first and only hotel in RiNo, and will complement the Source Marketplace.

About 200 people gathered for the topping out. Bill Espiricueta, executive sous chef and owner of SMOK, provided barbecue for the event. His restaurant will eventually become part of the hotel, along with a New Belgium Brewery and other restaurants.

GKK Works and Dynia Architects designed the property, and Alliance Construction Solutions is the general contractor. The tower crane will be coming down by the end of this month, and the project will be completed by Q1 2018.
