Stonebridge Breaks Into New Orleans Market

The Embassy Suites By Hilton New Orleans Convention Center Is In The Heart Of The City's Arts And Warehouse District.

Denver-based Stonebridge Cos. has entered the New Orleans market with the acquisition of the 280-room Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans Convention Center hotel in partnership with Walton Street Capital.

The property at 315 Julia St. in the heart of the city’s Arts and Warehouse District near the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is minutes from the Mercedes-
Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Outlet Collection at Riverwalk and the Port of New Orleans Cruise Ship Terminal.

The full-service hotel offers two- and three-room suites, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, complimentary made-to-order breakfast, complimentary drinks and appetizers nightly, an on-site restaurant, a 24-hour business center and more than 8K SF of versatile function space. The property participates in the Hilton Honors loyalty program.
