Stonebridge Announces Brands For 15th And Stout Project

The 22-Story, Dual-Branded Tru By Hilton And Home2 Suites By Hilton At 15Th And Stout Streets

The 22-story hotel Stonebridge Cos. is developing on the corner of 15th and Stout streets will be a dual-branded Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton.

The dual-brand concept will provide larger, more enhanced communal areas and amenities than would be standard for a single brand. The project also expands Hilton’s growing footprint of multibrand properties in Colorado.

The 176-room Tru by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center will have mobile desks, large bathrooms, in-room entertainment, an open lobby and a 24/7 Eat. & Sip. market with gourmet snacks and drinks.

The 206-room, pet-friendly Home2 Suites extended-stay brand will have fully equipped kitchens and modular furniture, providing guests the flexibility to customize their suites. It also will have complimentary internet and Home2 Suites trademark amenities such as Spin2 Cycle, laundry, an oversized fitness area and Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items.

Stonebridge’s previous dual-brand project is the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton three blocks away.

Expected to open late this year, the property has a variety of shared amenities, including a fitness center, a conference room, a restaurant and bar, valet parking and a 74,500 SF, five-story parking garage with 153 stalls.
