Rare Condo Development to Rise Near Union Station

East West Partners and Amstar Advisers are teaming up to develop a 342-unit condo project near Union Station, which they're calling The Cororadan.

The property will also include 19k SF of ground-floor retail space, plus a 452-space parking garage, and 10% of the units will be affordable, reports the Denver Business Journal. There aren't many other for-sale residential projects underway in greater Denver, and fewer than 1,500 condo units on the market as of October, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
