MaryJaneGroup, which has operated the Adagio B&B in the Wyman Historic District in downtown Denver as a "Bud & Breakfast" (marijuana smoking allowed) for the past year, is buying the property for $1.5M, the Denver Business Journal reports. The property was one of the first to take advantage of Colorado's reformed marijuana laws, but is no re-creation of a dorm room atmosphere: the poshly appointed rooms (such as the DeBussy, pictured) command $300 to $400 a night.
