We met up with PREIT's Joe Aristone at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where his company was showcasing its properties during the famous ICSC RECon 2012 show. Joe tells us the mood among retailers has greatly improved this year. “I think you're seeing anticipation [that we're] coming out of the recession,” he says, adding that there's still some caution that probably won't go away until after the election.
