Garland To Get 154 Units Of Senior Housing Near Firewheel

Addison-based Seneca Investments broke ground on a 172K SF senior housing project in Garland. Firewheel Senior Living Residences will deliver 154 units at the end of 2018. 

KWA Construction is the project’s general contractor and architect David Kirch designed the development. 

The four-story project at 5151 North President George Bush Highway will have stainless steel appliances, LED lighting and granite countertops in every one- and two-bedroom unit. Outdoor and shared amenities include a ballroom, a private dining area, lounges, a resort-style pool, courtyards and a dog park. 

Seneca is the developer behind several other senior housing projects in DFW, including McDermott Crossing in Frisco and Heritage Village Residences in Hurst.
