Civitas Senior Living Building In Midlothian

Fort Worth-based Civitas Senior Living will develop a senior living community with 90 independent living units, 54 assisted living and memory care units, and 12 cottage-style homes in Midlothian.

The tree-lined community will have courtyards and walking paths, a pool, outdoor entertainment spaces, a patio, a theater, a dog park, a clubhouse and activity rooms. Residents can dine at an outdoor dining patio or private dining bistro.

The project will deliver spring 2018.

Civitas operates 20 other senior living communities throughout Texas.
