: Cook, waiter, and bottle washer. All of the partners have years and years of real estate management expertise and wear many different hats: deal sourcing, asset management, and client service.
Memorable project:  Structuring the refinancing of The Village apartments. It was the largest facility of its kind for Freddie Mac—a $230M loan, which combined a permanent loan with a revolver feature. It was great for the client and financed the new construction that is still going on over 10 years later.

Family facts: He and wife of 25 years, Ann, have three kids: Alex (22), just graduated from Harvard, Hannah (21) is a junior at Stanford, and Leah (19) is a sophomore at Washington & Lee. 
Hobbies:  Golf, travel.
Startling fact:  He's the youngest son in a family of seven children.
