What that means: Cook, waiter, and bottle washer. All of the partners have years and years of real estate management expertise and wear many different hats: deal sourcing, asset management, and client service.
Memorable project: Structuring the refinancing of The Village apartments. It was the largest facility of its kind for Freddie Mac—a $230M loan, which combined a permanent loan with a revolver feature. It was great for the client and financed the new construction that is still going on over 10 years later.
