ULI Young Leaders Gear Up for Case Studies

About a dozen young commercial real estate leaders under the age of 35 came together to be part of the ULI Young Leaders Group partnership forum class. They kicked off the program with happy hour at Sevy’s last week. Here’s some of the members: The Beck Group’s Josh Goad, Kimley-Horn & Associates’ Justin Christ, and Marcus & Millichap’s Will Jarnigan. The class will participate in tours and case studies of some of the largest commercial developments in DFW including a case study and project tour of City Line with KDC; Cityplace; the Dallas Farmers Market with Spectrum Properties; and Harvest with Hillwood Communities. This year the class is led by moderators, The City of Dallas' Janet Protas and Thomas Title's Frank Busch III. ULI North Texas Partnership Forum committee vice-chair is Duke Realty's Travis Baxter and the chairman is Pacheco Koch's Carlo Andreani.
