Report: JQ Relocating HQ to Newly Acquired Building

Engineering firm JQ will be relocating its HQ from Austin to a newly acquired building in the Dallas Design District.

The 31k SF building is located at 100 Glass St near Levee Street and will more than double the firm’s Dallas footprint. The property is being renovated with Dallas-based Merriman Associates/Architects Inc tasked with interior design.

JQ plans to bring nearly 100 employees into the new building by the end of the year. Plans for the new digs include adding larger conference rooms, a fitness room, café rooms and a rooftop deck. [DBJ]
