Parmenter SVP Josh Hedderich and Younger Partners' Sean Dalton gathered at Pier 247 for some cajun flavor at Younger Partners' annual March Madness Crawfish Boil Thursday. Josh tells us he and Sean were in the Real Estate Council's ALC leadership Class of 2012 together.
Josh is in full development mode. The 12-year industry vet tells us he's working to fill up 200 SF at Cityplace, 72k contiguous SF at Mandalay Tower and options below 10k SF at Rambler. With so many real estate developments in the works, we’re surprised he had any time to eat at all.
